In addition to traditional real estate closings, I also concentrate in closings on distressed properties. I have extensive experience in negotiating short sales with lenders whereby the lender agrees to accept less money than what is owed to it and agrees to provide a full release of the mortgage. In nearly all situations your lender will pay all of your closing costs including attorney fees.
