  • If you do not have equity in your property and want to sell your home Attorney Starkey can negotiate a short sale of your property whereby your lender would agree to accept less money than what you owe and will provide a full release of their mortgage. Attorney Starkey is well versed in the Obama Administration's new Home Affordable Foreclosure  Alternatives (HAFA) Program and can guide you through the process. In most instances your lender will pay all of your closing costs including attorney fees.
